Please find located below a list of all of our policies and procedures in regards to our operation. We are constantly updating everything for you all to provide the best possible experience. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for any clarification. Thank you.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped through Canada post, DHL or UPS. It will be fully insured, and a tracking number will be provided. To ensure safe arrival of your package; Any items exceeding the value of $700.00 CAD will require an adult signature with a verified government issued photo ID, to a verified billing address.
For security purposes, we only ship our items to the verified billing address. Please note that we do not ship our items to any other addresses not registered and verified by us.
Please note, all of our items are shipped safely in specialty corrugated cardboard boxes which is why our shipping cost may be a slight bit higher that an item of comparable size. We do this because most of our items are fragile and vintage and we strive to not only bring the rarest treasures to you, but ensure that they arrive safely at your door.
We only ship items out in bubble wrap when it’s a prize give away to one of our previous customers, and even then, we still may still ship them out in boxes, depending on the prize! Our boxes are extremely light weight, durable, and will ensure your Fortune reach its Final destination. 😉

International Buyers
Please Note- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – Canadian and International government regulations prohibit such behaviour.
Payments
We currently accept all major credit cards through stripe, one of the worlds largest payment providers. We also except cash for local pick up or bank wire transfer for high valued purchases. Please contact us ahead if you’d like to use the latter of the two payment methods, which are also required for certain high value purchases. Thank you.
Unless specified in the listing for next business day handling; Your item will be dispatched within 4 business days after your payment is cleared. Once we have received payment for your purchase, we will ship the item out. Thank you.
Photos
As with any of our items for sale, additional photos may be supplied upon request prior to purchasing. All photos are taken carefully by us and are pictures of the exact item you will be receiving, no stock photos. It very important to us that our customers receive exactly what they pay for.
Returns
All items we sell are sold “as is” with a no claim, no return policy. The reason for this is that so many pieces of our inventory are rare fragile statues or limited-edition artwork, some even one of a kind. It requires knowledge and training to pack these items professionally. Therefore, we cannot not risk items being returned and improperly packaged, mishandled or incorrectly shipped. We appreciate your understanding regarding this.
On the flip side however we absolutely cover loss or damages. In the unlikely event your treasured collectible arrives damaged or not at all, we would absolutely refund you 100%. As long as we find that the claim submitted to us is genuine and there is real documented proof of damage or a missing package. We actually require a signature for every single package we ship out so you will never have to worry about a rare package being left at your shipping address. As well for high valued purchases we have additional safety measures we have implemented to ensure that you package arrives in the condition it was sent. We re-photograph every single product before it goes out and our premium pieces are sent to a third party shipping company who packages the collectibles on live camera to ensure all items are handled with the utmost care and are exactly as they are described before we ship them out.
If a package arrive damaged, in order to process a refund we ask you please hold onto your shipping package as it will be required for a full investigation. We will then ask you provide us with multiple high resolution photos of the shipping box showing all sides, clearly showing damage to the box. We also ask for 3-4 high resolution photos of the product itself clearly demonstrating the damage to the product. Rest assured, as long as your claim in genuine, we have you covered.
Policies
Unless an item is absolutely sealed in original packaging, we do not consider an item “Brand new sealed”. Rest assured, we will always accurately describe our items to you. We do not open original packaging on sealed antique/vintage/new condition items. All of our antiquities, art, and apparel are stored securely in our temperature-controlled facility in Ontario, Canada.
We absolutely do the best we can to research, accurately describe, and photograph all details, imperfections or damage (if any). We always ask that our customer carefully inspect the photographs of the items they are interested in before purchasing as they are the final judgment of the items overall condition. We know true collectors value sellers who take the time to accurately describe products to you and that is something we take pride in. Please do not hesitate to reach out for more photos or ask us any questions you may have prior to purchasing, we are more than happy to answer them.
We also reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason without cause. In that event, you would receive a full refund including all shipping charges and applicable fees.
